These modules are designed for professionals who are responsible for designing, operating, improving, or evaluating quality management practices in their organisation, whether as quality managers, auditors, process owners, or contributors to quality-relevant activities.
They focus on quality management system operation and quality auditing perspectives. Rather than treating quality as a documentation exercise, the modules address how a Quality Management System (QMS) supports consistent processes, reliable outcomes, and evidence-based decision-making in practice.
The modules emphasise practical application across the QMS lifecycle: understanding organisational context and customer requirements, defining roles and responsibilities, managing risks and opportunities, designing and controlling processes, monitoring performance, gathering and evaluating evidence, and driving continual improvement.
