Dominik Langer
CEO & Founder

Dominik Langer is the founder and CEO of Halderstone, where he advises organisations on the management systems that sit behind accountability, controlled execution, and institutional trust.
His work is centred on a practical executive need: enabling organisations to move with speed and ambition without allowing governance to become either a drag on execution or a formal structure disconnected from the way work is actually done. He helps leadership teams make management expectations clearer, oversight more credible, and cross-functional decisions easier to govern.
His work is particularly relevant for organisations that want to think ahead rather than react late. He helps leadership teams pressure-test whether their strategy, governance, operating model, and performance architecture are aligned strongly enough to hold under scale, speed, and scrutiny, especially where local objectives can create avoidable friction across the organisation. Halderstone Academy is part of that same proposition, helping executives, managers, auditors, and specialists integrate those requirements into daily practice before misalignment becomes costly.
