Introduction

Bring applied learning to more organisations

Halderstone Academy works with training providers, consultancies, certification bodies, professional associations and educational institutions to make rigorous, practice-oriented learning available to a wider audience.

Partners can introduce clients to Halderstone programmes, include them in their own learning portfolio, deliver selected modules using authorised trainers, or integrate Halderstone learning into broader educational programmes.

Partnerships are designed around the capabilities, market position and objectives of each organisation.

Partnership models

Ways to partner

Partnership models can be used individually or combined. An organisation may, for example, distribute Halderstone programmes in its market while also delivering selected modules through authorised trainers.

Referral partnerships

Introduce organisations that could benefit from Halderstone learning

Referral Partners identify relevant learning needs and introduce prospective clients or participants to Halderstone Academy.

Halderstone remains responsible for programme selection, contracting, enrolment and delivery. This provides a simple way for consultancies, professional networks and practitioners to connect their clients with suitable learning opportunities.

Referral arrangements may include a referral fee, Academy credits or benefits for the referred client, subject to professional independence and conflict-of-interest requirements.

Suitable for

  • Consultancies and independent advisers

  • Professional networks and associations

  • Halderstone alumni

  • Practitioners working alongside learning and development teams

Distribution partnerships

Add Halderstone programmes to your learning portfolio

Distribution Partners actively promote selected Halderstone modules and tracks within their markets, client relationships or educational portfolios.

Depending on the arrangement, enrolments may be contracted directly with Halderstone or offered through the partner as part of its own training catalogue.

Halderstone can provide programme information, marketing materials, enrolment support and access to the Academy platform. Commercial arrangements may be based on commission, partner pricing or an agreed revenue share.

Suitable for

  • Training providers

  • Academies operated by consultancies or professional services firms

  • Certification bodies with separate training activities

  • Professional and industry associations

  • Regional education and distribution partners

Combine partnership cateogries

A model that reflects how you operate

Partnership categories are not mutually exclusive. We can combine different responsibilities across marketing, contracting, platform access and delivery.

Examples include:

  • A training provider distributes and delivers selected Halderstone modules.

  • A consultancy introduces client organisations while Halderstone manages enrolment and delivery.

  • A business school integrates a Halderstone module into an executive programme.

  • A certification body includes Halderstone programmes in its training portfolio while maintaining the required separation from certification activities.

  • A professional association offers selected modules to its members through a co-branded cohort.

The appropriate model depends on the partner’s capabilities, target audience and preferred level of involvement.

What we provide

A learning system built for application

Depending on the partnership model, Halderstone can provide:

  • Structured curricula and defined learning outcomes

  • Applied cases and simulation-based learning

  • Self-paced content through the Halderstone Academy platform

  • Resources for live and blended delivery

  • Trainer onboarding and delivery guidance

  • Assessments and evidence of completion

  • Participant administration and learning records

  • Programme and marketing information

  • Ongoing content updates

  • Quality assurance and participant feedback

The exact allocation of responsibilities is agreed for each partnership.

Delivery quality

Consistent learning without reducing trainers to presenters

Halderstone modules are designed to support active judgement, discussion and application rather than the passive presentation of course materials.

Authorised trainers are therefore expected to bring relevant subject-matter knowledge, practical experience and strong facilitation skills. They retain room to respond to participants and their context while working within the defined learning outcomes and programme design.

Delivery authorisation may include:

  • Relevant professional experience and qualifications

  • Completion of the applicable Halderstone module

  • Module-specific trainer onboarding

  • Observation or co-delivery of an initial cohort

  • Use of current Halderstone materials and platform resources

  • Review of participant feedback

  • Periodic renewal of trainer authorisation

Authorisation is granted for defined modules and languages rather than as a general right to deliver the entire Halderstone portfolio.

Professional independence

Partnerships designed around professional responsibilities

Halderstone operates in fields in which independence, impartiality and professional judgement matter.

Commercial arrangements are therefore adapted to the role of each partner. Halderstone does not pay referral compensation for recommendations arising from audits, certification activities, independent assessments or other roles requiring impartial judgement.

Certification bodies and similar organisations may partner with Halderstone through appropriately governed training or distribution arrangements. Any such partnership must respect the organisation’s own impartiality controls and the required separation between certification, consultancy and training activities.

Practitioners who cannot accept referral compensation may still engage with Halderstone through professional development, subject-matter exchange and practitioner community activities.
